Like black, white and oolong teas, green teas all come from the Camelia sinensis plant. The leaves are simply steamed and dried to prevent oxidation after picking, giving the tea a light color and flavor. Generally, a cup of green tea contains about 1/2 the caffeine of a cup of black tea, or less than 1/4 of that of a cup of black coffee. With a great selection of traditional and flavored green teas to try, we have something for every taste!
