Looking for a wonderful way to use up some holiday leftovers or need a dish to pass at your next gathering? This easy, creamy Chicken Pot Pie Dip made with our Garden Medley Dip Mix is a customer favorite! It tastes just like chicken pot pie and is equally good with turkey.
Ingredients:
- 1 packet Garden Medley Dip Mix
- 8 oz. Sour Cream
- 8 oz. Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Cooked, Chopped Chicken or Turkey
- 1/2 cup Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cube Chicken Bouillon, crushed
- One can (14.5 oz.) Mixed Vegetables or Peas and Carrots
- Optional Garnish: 1/2 cup Crushed Butter-Type Cracker Crumbs (Ritz, Townhouse, Club, etc.)
Preheat oven to 375º. Soften cream cheese and mix all ingredients, except crackers, in an oven-proof dish. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until heated through. Stir. Garnish with cracker crumbs, if desired, and serve with crackers or toast points. For parties, it can be prepared and served in a small crock pot to keep it warm.
